Cardiovascular

Cardiovascular diseases are by far the most serious health concern in the United States and in the World. Heart disease and stroke are the number 1 and number 5 causes of death in the United States respectively. That means that almost 1 in every 3 deaths is due to cardiovascular disease.

Ironically, it is one of the most ignored of all diseases. Relatively few people do anything to prevent it. One reason for this may be that the first symptom of heart disease is usually heart attack. No one feels their arteries clogging up with cholesterol plaque. No one looks older or sicker as their heart gets weaker.

For this reason, preventing and reversing cardiovascular disease  one of our three major focuses.
